Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We have faith in the quality of our products. However, if there's any defect in the products, we are able to EXCHANGE the product without a fee. All you need to do is to WhatsApp us with a photo of the defective product and we can arrange the exchange within 2 business days.

An existing order can only be CANCELLED if the status of the order is still "PENDING." What you could do is WhatsApp us with the message title "Request to cancel order" so that we could know about the cancellation of the order.

 

Please note that orders that are "processing"  or "shipped" couldn't be cancelled. 

 

Generally, all sales are FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. If any mistakes were made from our side, further action would be taken to make sure customer satisfaction is achieved. In that case, maybe a REFUND or EXCHANGE will be made.
